Blockability 3d is made by Yojowa, LLC. This page covers the game wherever you play it: here on blockability.ai, the Microsoft Store app, the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, and the itch.io copy. Questions: support@yojowa.com.

The short version

• No ads, nothing to buy, and we never sell or share your data.
• You do not need an account. Your settings and best scores stay on your device.
• We count plays anonymously (Google Analytics) to learn what to improve.
• If you choose to sign in, we keep your best scores so they follow you to your other devices. You can delete them at any time.

On your device

The game stores your settings (sound, palette, motion), your ten best scores in each mode and, on the web, a copy of the game so it plays offline. This stays in your browser's or the app's own storage and is not sent to us. Clearing the site's data, or uninstalling the app, removes it.

Play statistics

We use Google Analytics to count how the game is played: page views, a game starting, layers cleared, a new level, a game ending (with its score, level, layers, pieces and how long it lasted), finishing How to play, and which copy of the game it was (web, Microsoft Store, iPhone or iPad, Android, itch.io). Google Analytics also receives the usual technical details of a visit (device type, browser, screen size, language, and a rough location from the connection, which it does not store). On the web it sets Google Analytics cookies; in the apps it keeps a random identifier in the app's storage instead. None of this includes your name or email, it is not used for advertising, and it is kept for 14 months. Google processes it under its privacy policy.

If you sign in

Signing in is optional and only keeps your best scores in step across devices. You sign in with your Google or Apple account through Firebase Authentication (a Google service); it keeps your account's identifier and the email address and name that Google or Apple share with it. Alongside that we store your ten best scores in each mode and when they last changed, in Cloud Firestore (also Google), readable only by you. To remove everything, open Settings in the game and choose Delete my account and scores: your sign-in and your stored scores are deleted straight away. Signing out keeps the scores on the device you are using.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Play needs no account; the statistics above do not identify anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. The privacy policy for Yojowa's other products is at yojowa.com/privacy.
